If the business referral is successful, be prepared to receive up to $25,000 wire payment through our incentive program

Terms & Conditions
Overview
- This external Business Referral Program (“Incentive Program”) is offered by Infocepts (“Company”) to encourage external parties (“Referrers”) to refer individuals or businesses (“Referrals”) who may be interested in conducting business with the Company.
Process
- The Referrer shall provide full and accurate details about the Referral in the Referral form above.
- Within 72 hours, Infocepts will provide contact info of the appropriate Infocepts associate with whom introductions can be made.
- The Referrer shall introduce, via email, the designated Infocepts associate to the Referral.
Payment
- Should the introduction result in a signed agreement with the Referral’s organization within 180 days of the Referral form submission, Infocepts will initiate the referral reward in the form of a wire transfer of $5,000 to the Referrer.
- Following the initial 12 months of partnership between Infocepts and the Referral, Infocepts will calculate the cumulative investment made by the Referral, and the Referrer will receive an additional payment equivalent to 5% of that amount, up to an additional $20,000.
Eligibility
- No referral fee will be awarded if Infocepts is already in active discussions with the individual or company of the Referral.
- Referral fee will be made upon Infocepts’ first successful collection of recurring payments for services from the client basis a minimum agreement threshold of $50,000.
- The Referrer operates independently and is not considered an employee, contractor, partner, joint venturer, or co-owner of Infocepts.
- The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel Referral Rewards if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a referral was made fraudulently, inaccurately, or in violation of these terms.
- All amounts reflected above are USD.
- This Incentive Program is exclusively intended for business prospect referrals and is not applicable to candidate referrals for employment opportunities.
